We are pleased to report that a judicious management of revenues and expenditures, as well as an assertive collection of past due financial obligations, has allowed us to keep the Association maintenance fee at the same rate of $127.50 since 2012. This contribution from all homeowners allows us to maintain the pool, the main gate, the lake, and all of the common areas, as well as to pay for things like liability insurance, maintenance personnel, utilities, and landscaping.
